Returns and Exchanges
The SSA Spirit Store will exchange or refund items within 30 days of order fulfillment under the following circumstances:
Out of Stock Items
If an ordered item is out of stock, we will offer a comparable alternative; should there be no alternative available that suits the customer's needs, we will process a refund for the purchase price and, if applicable, shipping cost of the ordered item. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For items that shipped via UPS, we will send a return label and cover the cost of shipping a replacement item, if necessary.
We will exchange new, unworn apparel for a different size or style. When such an exchange is made for an item that was shipped via UPS, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return and/or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on face masks, clearance items, gift cards, or any apparel items that have been worn or washed.
